As Russian media is banned from using the words 'war' or 'invasion', most Russians appear to be getting an incomplete picture of the crisis unfolding in Ukraine.

Foreign media has largely been forced to leave the country making transparent news more and more difficult to get hold of.

But what is really happening inside Russia? Is there space for Russians to speak out against the war? What do the recent polls in support of Vladimir Putin's policy demonstrate? How are Russian nationals abroad being affected? And do we have any idea how badly the looming economic crisis due to sanctions is going to hit?

Our panel includes Clarissa Ward, Emma Burrows, Evgenia Kara-Murza, and Katerina Kotrikadze.
